Christmas

This year for Christmas I'm going to Louisiana to see some family I didn't get to see for Thanksgiving. All I really want for Christmas is clothes, I don't ask for much just because I don't want a lot. Im fine with some pants and some socks.

College

 When I go to college to pursue a career in music production and telecommunications and work on the radio as a DJ along with producing music. I'm going to college for myself and my future family, so they wont have to worry about money or bills. I want to go to a college very music oriented, LSU, New Orleans University, or UT. Having a college degree will provide me with a little experience in the field I want to work in.

Job Description

Car Wash Attendant

   I work at a Country club, which has got to be the most fun and easy job I've had, but if I had to switch jobs I would find a job at a local manual carwash center. It is a easy job that guarantees you to stay busy the entire time you work. It's very simple, all you have to do is dry a car off, what could be easier? 

Job Description 

   Vacuum, dry, window cleaning, dash and console cleaning and other vehicle cleaning, machinery and equipment cleaning. Use such materials as water, cleaning agents, brushes, cloths, and hoses. Must be able to stand for long periods.

  You can work on the weekends and make cash to set aside for important things like car insurance or food. To prepare for a possible interview I would mention any past experience dealing with cars and car detailing. Though it doesn't take a lot of experience, it would benefit you in the long run. 

  It isn't difficult finding these minimum wage jobs online because these employers are mainly looking for highschool/college students between the age of 16-21.

 My favorite part of the movie, Homeless to Harvard, is when Liz, a girl who hasn't been to school since elementary, decides the dedicate herself completely to her studies. She believed she was smart enough and capable of reaching the Harvard expectations. She grew up in more or less the ghetto of Brooklyn. She was surrounded by drugs, abuse and the worst of living conditions and never decided she wasn't good enough to go to school and do good.

Budget

The most surprising thing about the budget was the dorm/apartment rental fee every semester. I looked at prices for LSU (my preferred school) and it blew my mind how hard I'd have to work and how much money I wouldn't have after dorm fees. I think I'll start saving more rather than blowing my money. The other thing I didn't expect is how much my phone bill and car insurance would come out to be.

 What stresses me out the is school, school is the root of all my stress. It has the biggest strain on my relationship with my parents, my dad specifically. I'd say school and my dad are the root of all my stress. The only way I know how to deal with is to try harder, even sometimes that doesn't solve all my problems, it's the only thing I know to do to keep peace in my home.

Procrastination has always been a huge problem of mine. I usually put things off until the last minute, I feel like I perform better under pressure so I put things off until the last minute.
 I'm super unorganized most of the time though.
